SMARTVIEW keeps track of patients that lose their connection and sends them a text message (SMS) with instructions to reconnect. This means that your healthcare facility does not need to keep track of disconnected patients.
All wireless patients of the healthcare facility are eligible i.e. patients that have a wireless transmitter, provided they have given a mobile phone number at patient enrollment.
Go to the settings on CLINIC PROFILE page to send SMS to disconnected patients and view all corresponding options.
SMARTVIEW checks the period of patient disconnection. If it exceeds the threshold specified in the CLINIC PROFILE, SMARTVIEW will send an SMS inviting the patient to reconnect.
If at this moment, a follow-up is also expected from the patient, the message to the patient also tells them to perform a manual transmission.
In CLINIC PROFILE it is possible to set up a reminder SMS. It will invite patients to reconnect if they are still not connected after a couple of days. It is also possible to set the duration period of disconnection and number of reminders in CLINIC PROFILE.
