6.6. Transfers Out

Click on path: PATIENTS > Transfers Out

View all patient transfer requests out of this clinic along with the status of the transfer request.

Review the list of pending transfers out to see which patients are completed, pending or rejected.

Completed

Completed status indicates the patient transfer was successful. The patient record in your clinic will remain as inactive.

Rejected

Rejected status indicates that the requested clinic rejected the request. The patient record, schedule, and notification settings will remain active in your clinic.

Pending

Pending status indicates that the requested clinic has taken no action on the transfer request. The patient record in your clinic remains active with all schedule and notification settings still in effect.
