7.8.4. User Activity Report
7.8.4.1. Reports
Select User Activity Report from the report menu. This supports you in communicating with the Help Desk if needed to get a patient's monitoring device working.
Click on View Report to see all transmission response activity for all users in the clinic in this report. If you want to narrow your search, select options from the filters.
In a list, use the CTRL or COMMAND key to select/deselect multiple items.
Search by the following filters to narrow the report data:
- User: if you want to focus on one user, enter user here
- Transmission date range: select a range of transmission dates for the report
- Transmission type:
- Critical: most severe alert status
- Significant: important alert status
- On Demand: Patient Initiated Transmission (PIT)
- Follow Up: transmitted according to the follow up schedule
- HM transmission status: Select one or more by using the CTRL or COMMAND key
- Complete: the follow up has been completed by a clinic user
- Escalated: an unopened transmission has been escalated with an additional notification
- New: a new transmission was received
- Pending: a user is working on the follow up and will complete it later
Click on View Report to apply the filters.
7.8.4.2. Results
The results are displayed in a table below the filters.
Export the report into the following formats:
- PDF
- MHTML (web archive) file
- Excel
- Word
Select the type then click on the Export link to download the file you selected.
- Country: this field may be hidden from the clinic user's view
- Clinic: Name of the clinic if you are able to see more than one clinic
- User: clinic user
- Last Logged In: date and time of last time this user logged into the system
- New Transmissions: number of new transmissions for this clinic
- Transmissions Reviewed: number of transmissions completed for a follow up by this clinic
- Min: minimum response time to complete a follow up from the time a transmission was received
- Max: maximum response time to complete a follow up from the time a transmission was received
- Mean: average response time to complete a follow up from the time a transmission was received
- Account Status: active or inactive user status
- # Password Resets: number of times this user has reset a password or had one reset by the clinic administrator
- Login Failures: number of failed login attempts by this user
