7.8.2. HM Activity Report

7.8.2.1. Reports

Select HM Activity Report from the report menu. This supports you in communicating with the Help Desk if needed to get a patient's monitoring device working.

Click on View Report to see all monitoring device activity for the clinic in this report. If you want to narrow your search, select options from the filters.

In a list, use the CTRL or COMMAND key to select/deselect multiple items.

Search by the following filters to narrow the report data:

  • Physician: Enter last name to jump to physician you want to add to the report
    • Click Add to create a list of physicians for the report
    • Click Remove to remove the physician from the list
  • Patient: Enter last name to jump to the patient you want to add to the report
    • Click Add to create a list of patients for the report
    • Click Remove to remove the patient from the list
  • HM status: Select one or more by using the CTRL or COMMAND key
    • Paired: The monitoring device has been paired with the patient's device
    • Pending: The monitoring device pairing has been requested but is not complete yet
    • Disabled: The monitoring device has not been paired with the patient's device
  • Device type: Select one or more by using the CTRL or COMMAND key
  • HM serial no.: Enter the serial number of a monitoring device you would like to view
  • Days overdue follow up: Enter a time frame (in days) for viewing how long it has been since a monitoring device has transmitted a scheduled follow up

Click View Report to apply the filters.

7.8.2.2. Results

The results are displayed in a table below the filters.

Export the report into the following formats:

  • PDF
  • MHTML (web archive) file
  • Excel
  • Word

Select the type then click on the Export link to download the file you selected.

The top section of the results area displays the total percentages of HM activities at this time:

  • Percentage of monitoring devices that were late sending in follow up data
  • Percentage of monitoring devices that were late checking into the back office
  • Percentage of monitoring devices that NEVER sent in their follow up data
  • Percentage of monitoring devices that are current with check-ins and follow ups

The report includes the following columns:

  • Clinic: Name of the clinic if you are able to see more than one clinic
  • Physician: physician associated with this patient (if applicable)
  • HM Serial No./Patient: monitoring device serial number and name of the patient
  • Device Type: model and type of device implanted in this patient
  • Pairing Status
    • Paired
    • Pending
    • Inactive
  • Last Connection Date: date and time of last check-in by this monitoring device
  • Last Follow Up Date: date and time of last follow up transmitted by this monitoring device
  • Next Follow Up Date: date and time of next scheduled follow up transmitted by this monitoring device
  • Last Device Communication Date: date and time of last device communication with this monitoring device
  • Days Overdue on Follow Up: time period since follow up was scheduled to transmit that has not been received
  • HM Never Sent Data: monitoring device has never transmitted a follow up or alert
